Hearers and Doers: A Pastor’s Guide to Making Disciples Through Scripture and Doctrine

The HUB

Description

Our culture's obsession with health, wellness, and physical fitness stands in stark contrast to the current neglect of the spiritual fitness of the body of Christ. This learning track looks at ways to make disciples who are fit for the purpose of living out their citizenship of the gospel. Special focus will be given to the "diet" of doctrine, the scriptural imagination, and the role of the pastor as a fitness trainer who leads congregational core exercises.
